Loading Dock (201 and 207 Kent Street)
Maritime Trade Towers provides a dedicated loading bay area for pick up and drop off of goods and materials. Access to the loading bay is via the ramp on Napoleon Street (at rear of building).

7.00pm - 6.00pm
The loading dock has an internal clearance of 3.2 metres.
Goods Lift Operations - 201 Kent Street
The goods lift operates from the loading dock and has a maximum capacity of 1,825 kilograms. The door opening is 2.4 metres high x 1.4 metres wide.

The goods lift operates from the loading dock and has a maximum capacity of 1,820 kilograms. The door opening is 2.4 metres high x 1.4 metres wide.
